Product Description
This custom mouth guard is a clear 3mm (.04in) thick guard. This mouth guard isdesigned for light contact sports. (Soccer, Basketball) Our mouth guards are made using an exactimpression of your teeth allowing for the most comfortable and best protectionavailable. Our mouth guards are created in our own in house full time laboratorywith a technician with 15+ years experience, under the direct supervision of adentist with 30+ experience. This is done to confirm you are getting the bestproduct available.
With your order you will receive:
1 Set of impression material (Part A & B)
1 Adjustable impression tray
1 Return bag
1 Instruction pamphlet
1 Return form
1 Prepaid postage return label (domestic orders only)
To Create Impression:
Adjust the dental tray to the size of your mouth.
The tray can be made smaller by snapping off a section(s) of the plasticin the rear of the impression tray.
Vigorously mix both parts (A & B) of impression material together
Rollinto a 4 to 5 inch tube.
Place impression material uniformly into the tray and firmly push ontoyour teeth.
It will take about 4 minutes for the material to fully harden.
Remove tray in a single motion, by pulling either up or down.
Rinse tray and seal in enclosed bag.
Complete form and wait 2 weeks to allow your guard to be created.
